How do I import my existing resume?+
Click the Import button on the dashboard and upload a text-based PDF or Word document (.docx). Review the extracted information before saving it to your resume.
What are credits and how do I get more?+
Credits power AI features like resume parsing, content suggestions, and ATS scoring. Your account starts with a free credit balance. Additional credits are available via Pro plans — look for the Upgrade option in the dashboard.
My imported PDF is missing some text.+
PDF parsing works best with text-based PDFs. Image-only or scanned PDFs cannot be read. Try exporting your resume from Word or Google Docs as a PDF, or import the .docx file directly.
Can I have multiple resumes?+
Yes. The Free plan supports up to 2 resumes, while paid plans offer a higher or unlimited limit. A separate tailored copy can help you keep each application organized.
How does the ATS score work?+
Paste a job description using the Match button in the editor. The AI compares your resume against the job requirements and returns a score out of 100 with specific suggestions to close the gap.
Can I export my resume as a Word document?+
Yes. Use the Export button in the editor and choose Export as DOCX.
Is my resume data private?+
Your resume is private to your account. Content is sent to contracted service providers only when needed to deliver features such as AI analysis and file processing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my account?+
Email us at resuniq@zohomail.in and we will delete your account and all associated data within 7 business days.
