Eligibility & Your Account
Age requirementYou must be at least 13 years old to use Resuniq. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Account securityYou are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Sign-in is handled via Google OAuth — your Google credentials are never stored by Resuniq.
Credits & Usage
What credits areCertain AI features — resume parsing, content suggestions, ATS scoring — consume credits. Free accounts receive a starting balance.
Additional creditsMore credits are available through paid plans. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and do not roll over between billing periods.
Acceptable Use
No fraudDo not use Resuniq to generate fraudulent, misleading, or fabricated resume content.
No circumventionDo not attempt to bypass credit limits, authentication, or access controls.
No scrapingDo not reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the service outside of normal use.
No malwareDo not upload files containing malicious code or harmful content.
Comply with lawDo not use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Your Content & AI
You own your contentYou retain full ownership of all resume content you create on Resuniq. We do not claim ownership of your resumes.
Licence to usBy using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you.
AI suggestionsAI-generated suggestions are produced by Anthropic's Claude and may occasionally be inaccurate. You are solely responsible for reviewing and taking ownership of any content you use.
No guaranteesResuniq is a tool to help you present your experience more effectively. We cannot guarantee specific hiring outcomes.
Disclaimers & Liability
As-is serviceResuniq is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or continuously available.
LimitationTo the maximum extent permitted by law, Resuniq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
ChangesWe may modify or discontinue features at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
